Salon Policies
In order to provide the best service to all guests Hairplay will enforce the following policies:
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances happen and appointments may need to be cancelled/rescheduled. Please contact the salon with at least 24 hours notice prior to your service appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. No further appointments may be scheduled until this charge is paid.
No Show/No Call
Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price. No further appointments may be scheduled until this charge is paid.
Running Late
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled
appointment your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. If the salon needs to reschedule this appointment there will be a charge of 50% of the service price. No further appointments may be scheduled until this charge is paid.
